Plapach, which means chef, is an exciting and educational game based on the food culture of the people of Iran and Gilan.
Caspi Creative Industries Group, in line with the revival and expansion of the national culture of Iran and the native culture of Gilan and considering the city of Rasht as a creative city of food, reviewed the written and oral sources of Iran and Gilan, twenty famous, common and traditional foods of Iran and also ten famous foods of Gilan region in the form of a game called Palapach. The recipes provided in each food card are the most common way of cooking each food, and the possibility of minor differences in their cooking methods is obvious.
In the question and answer card, an attempt has been made to express some terms of the food culture of Gilan region, obviously, there are differences in the names of each in the dialects of different regions of Gilan province.
